Pemerintah melakukan alokasi puluhan ribu unit rumah subsidi ke beberapa segmen, seperti petani, nelayan, dan buruh. Alokasi tiap segmen tersebut akan diatur Kementerian Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman.
“Kita kan sudah alokasikan ya buat petani 20 ribu, nelayan 20 ribu, dan buruh 20 ribu ya,” ucap Menteri Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Maruarar Sirait kepada wartawan, Senin (21/4/2025).
Ia mengatakan, keberhasilan tahap awal alokasi rumah subsidi ini juga hasil kerja sama dan dukungan dari Presiden RI, berbagai lembaga, serta kementerian terkait, termasuk asosiasi perumahan dan DPR RI.
“Support luar biasa dari Presiden Prabowo, dari DPR, dari Dasco ya, Misbakhun ya, dari Ibu Menteri Keuangan, juga Bapak Erick menteri BUMN,” katanya.
Kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak dilakukan agar pengalokasian rumah subsidi dapat segera terlaksana sehingga ada kepastian bagi konsumen, pengembang, dan juga pembiayaan.
“Karena supaya waktunya kan jangan sampai terlambat. Tentu dengan pengalokasian ini, ini kan pertama kali terjadi. Adanya alokasi begini ada kepastian buat pengembang, buat konsumen, buat bank,” ungkapnya.
Ia juga bercerita soal kunjungannya ke rumah subsidi di Bandung yang dinilai sangat baik dan siap untuk dihuni.
“Saya datang ke sana, jalannya bagus, airnya bagus, jalan umumnya bagus, penghijauannya bagus. Juga ada kegiatan sosial yang tidak saya temukan di tempat lain,” ucapnya.
