Technology is rapidly changing the way we conduct our lives, even in politics. This intersection of politics and technology, and how we communicate, will surely be a catalyst for dramatic change across the electoral landscape. Indeed, it already is. We have only begun to comprehend the possibilities for civic engagement, policy transformation, and mass mobilization.
